This Online Reporting System allows you to report a claim to California Mutual Insurance Company at your convenience twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. Please do not proceed with this loss report unless you intend to report a claim under your policy.
Before you begin the reporting process, please make sure that you have all of your claim information available. We cannot act on your claim report if it does not include a, telephone number or email and other information that would allow us to contact you.
Once you have completed your online claim report, click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your report was received. A claims representative will contact you, by phone, after your report is submitted. If you cannot complete your report, please contact "your local agent" to report your claim.
Once you submit a report, we will set up a file and conduct an investigation of your claim.
Accepting an on-line report does not commit California Mutual Insurance Company to provide coverage for the claim or operate as a waiver of any rights or defenses that California Mutual Insurance Company may have under the terms of your policy. Any information that you submit regarding a claim is subject to our review and verification. We reserve the right to request additional information as needed to complete our investigation.

Any person who knowingly and with intent to defraud any insurance company or other person files an application for insurance or statement of claim containing any materially false information or conceals, for the purpose of misleading, information concerning any fact material thereto commits a fraudulent insurance act, which is a crime and subjects such person to criminal and civil penalties.
