Notice of Annual Meeting of Members and Financial Report
By virtue of purchasing a policy, the Insured is a member of California Mutual Insurance Company and is hereby notified that the annual meetings of the Company are held on the fourth Monday of May each year, at 3:00 pm., at or near the home office of said Company, in Hollister, CA. The annual meetings are held for the purpose of transacting the general business of the Company and for the election of the directors. The Insured is entitled to attend said meetings and is entitled to cast votes, either in person or by proxy, at said meetings.
Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the members of the Company will be held on
TUESDAY, MAY 28, 2024, AT 3:00 P.M.
In the Company Office located at
650 SAN BENITO STREET, STE. 250, HOLLISTER, CA.
For the following purposes:
1. Election of two directors, and
2. For the transaction of any other business that may properly come before that meeting or any adjournment thereof.
