To file a claim, please call 1-800-310-5824 (Toll-free) or 831-637-5824.
If you call during normal business hours you will speak directly with a claims representative. You may also contact “your local agent” to file a claim on your behalf. A claims representative will contact you, by phone, after your report is submitted. Once you submit a report, we will set up a file and conduct an investigation of your claim.
Accepting a report does not commit California Mutual Insurance Company to provide coverage for the claim or operate as a waiver of any rights or defenses that California Mutual Insurance Company may have under the terms of your policy. Any information that you submit regarding a claim is subject to our review and verification. We reserve the right to request additional information as needed to complete our investigation.

After Hours Claim
If outside of normal business hours, please call 1-800-310-5824 and select extension 131 and leave a message or email firstname.lastname@example.org. A claims representative will receive your call and contact you.

Any person who knowingly and with intent to defraud any insurance company or other person files an application for insurance or statement of claim containing any materially false information or conceals, for the purpose of misleading, information concerning any fact material thereto commits a fraudulent insurance act, which is a crime and subjects such person to criminal and civil penalties.
